About Us

TJ Sutton is the owner, master plumber, and licensed plumbing contractor behind Sutton & Son’s Plumbing LLC. As the company’s founder, TJ built Sutton & Son’s on one core value — integrity.



What began as a small side project to provide supplemental income during a year-long internship with a local Grand Rapids ministry has grown into a trusted family business. Working alongside his son, Dylan, and son-in-law, Will, TJ ensures that every job reflects the honesty, excellence, and accountability that define the company.

For TJ, plumbing is more than a trade — it’s a way to serve others with integrity and care. Partnering with family has been a blessing, strengthening both their bond and their shared commitment to uphold the values that guide their work.

Outside of the business, TJ and his wife, Stephanie, enjoy life with their five children. They love traveling together, being active in their church, and serving in ministry as a family.

Dylan Sutton is a co-owner, journeyman plumber, and service technician at Sutton & Son’s Plumbing LLC. He performs plumbing system installations for new construction and remodel projects, handles service calls, and helps manage inventory and material ordering.



Dylan began plumbing at 15, working weekends and summers alongside his dad when the company first started. He takes pride in delivering quality work and ensuring every customer is completely satisfied. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time outdoors in God’s creation, playing sports, and hanging out with his dog, Gus.

Will Harrison is a co-owner of Sutton & Son’s Plumbing LLC, working alongside his father-in-law and brother-in-law. He is currently in his final year of apprenticeship and is on track to earn his journeyman plumber’s license in the fall of 2026.



Will performs plumbing system installations for new construction and remodel projects, provides service work, and helps manage the company’s inventory and material ordering together with Dylan. With a hands-on approach and a passion for problem-solving, Will ensures every job meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Whether it’s a simple repair or a large-scale installation, Will takes pride in his craftsmanship and treats every home as if it were his own. When he’s not under a sink, you can usually find him spending time with family and friends, attending church, or participating in Bible studies with his close friends.

Fawn has been part of the Sutton & Son's Plumbing family for the past three years, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. She handles customer service, billing, and scheduling with care and attention to detail, always striving to make every customer's experience a positive one.

What Fawn loves most about her work is being part of a close-knit, family-based Christian company where everyone supports one another and grows together both personally and professionally.



When she's not keeping the office organized, Fawn enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, working out, and being with friends and family. She also brings her passion for helping people to her work as a licensed realtor.
